Because of the collection process, the procedure can be performed easily and painlessly on all children, even newborns. How do I order a test? To order a test, you must first set up a case and order a kit. Please visit our online order form or call one of our representatives at 1-800-329-3758. How do I collect the DNA samples? When you receive your in-home testing kit, you will simply remove a cotton-like swab, similar to Q-tip, and rub it on the inside of the cheek to gather cells. You will use four (4) swabs for each tested party, two on each side of the mouth. The swabs are then to be placed in the envelopes provided and returned to the laboratory.
