Are there additional ILEC charges to customer?
Occasionally there may be additional work needed by the ILEC’s network, therefore, some additional charges may apply as a result of these efforts. If such is the case, AT&T will contact the customer before proceeding with the installation. may choose to accept the charges or cancel the order without any penalty. This would apply for Multi-user service only, since Single user is line shared with an existing ILEC analog line that is already installed at the customer location. For Single-user Line Shared there is no inside wiring charges.
