Are there additional fees for reports or drafts of agreements?
Normally the mediation process results in one or more agreements. Jon will construct and deliver to the parents a draft of such agreements. Interim drafts may also be requested. The construction and dissemination of such documents will result in billable time at the hourly rate of normal sessions. Fees for such work may be anticipated and will be communicated to the parties as appropriate. These fees are expected to be paid at the time of such services rendered. Non-payment of fees may result in the suspension of services. Coaching services may not result in the production of a report. When outside communication or report writing is requested, these services will be billed at the normal hourly rate.
