Are there additional charges for staying at Golden Hill Place?
Rental rates are all-inclusive. Please review our Features web page. There is a one-time Move-In Fee of $130 that each resident pays when they move into Golden Hill Place. This is to cover the costs of creating your resident account and for the cleaning of your bedroom and linens when you move-out. During the cooler months of November through April, there is the option of being provided with a space heater.
