Are there a minimum number of votes required to approve the merger?
How will vote results be calculated? There is no required minimum. Vote results are determined by the simple majority of eligible members voting. How/when will you reveal the vote results? At the Special Membership Meeting, we’ll be on hand to answer questions, and CUBallot, the independent, third-party firm administering the vote, will collect and tally any final votes. We’ll then announce the vote results at the conclusion of the meeting. If you’d like to attend the Meeting, please RSVP by November 24, 2010 to vote@firsttechcu.com or call 503.350.4502. I didn’t receive my Official Ballot/Ballot Packet. To receive a Ballot/Ballot Packet, please contact CUBallot, the independent, third-party firm administering the vote. You can reach them by phone at 888.481.4097 or via email at service@cuballot.com. How does the merger affect me today? Right now, on a day-to-day basis, we’ll still offer you the same products and services and the same superior level of service you’ve come to expect fro
