Are their any warranties on the properties?
Most of the properties will have a one year home warranty. The warranty will cover most appliances, heating and cooling components and other significant areas of the homes. Most homes have already had inspections done too. You can review the inspections for each home on the inventory page along with title work, property descriptions and tax information.
