Are their any scholarships or grants given to foreign students?
The education in Russia is highly subsidized by the Government of the Russian Federation. Therefore there are no separate scholarships or grants available from individual universities. However, educational bank loans for abroad studies up to 15 lakhs are now available from all nationalized, co-operative and the private sector banks. These loans are available at very low interest and are generally repaid in easy installments, one year after the completion of the educational period.
