When I was your age, I upgraded to a frame that was over 325 grams. Since it’s head-light, it doesn’t feel near as heavy as you might think. If you want control, but a lighter feel, look at the swingweight of the frame. A heavy frame that’s extremely head-light can feel lighter to swing than a light frame that’s extremely head-heavy. The Dunlop Aerogel 300 is a little over 300 grams, but is very head light. It’s swingweight is just 315. That’s a pretty light swingweight. You might try this frame, or some other similar ones. If I were you, I’d look to stick around 310 grams (normal weight) or higher. And try to find some with swingweights 325 or under.
