Are their any conflict of interest issues when working with DFCI investigators?
In general, investigators who hold equity in a company, especially in privately held companies, or significant equity in a public company, or investigators who have more than $10,000 income from a company, cannot participate in clinical trials of any product of that company. These investigators cannot have sponsored research from that company or receive materials from that company if the MTA includes intellectual property grantbacks.
