Are the writing guidelines different for electronic dissertations?
The writing guidelines for writing electronic and printed dissertations are the same with respect to margins, pagination, tables of content, footnotes etc. However, media or other files embedded within the electronic version of your dissertation as well as any supplemental files that you submit should be limited to identified file types [See below: What file formats can I submit?].
