Are the works of Wilfred Owen still in copyright?
Although Wilfred Owen died in World War I (November 4th, 1918) only five of his poems had been published before his death. There would be in the public domain. The balance of his work may still be protected by copyright depending upon when it was published (in most cases works published posthumously are protected for 95 years ater publication).
