Are the utility bills included?
Dealing with the Utility Companies is not easy and can be very frustrating. LPN will therefore be responsible for paying the gas and electricity charges. We will charge every student ?50 per term on account and any difference to actual will be added or deducted from your deposit. Each flat will be given an indication as to costs incurred to date in January. Energy costs have risen dramatically recently but we would still hope that the cost is around ?3.50 per student per week.
