You will be responsible for your own electric bill and gas bill. Gas-fired forced air heat, hot water, air conditioning as well as lights and outlets are all on the electric meter for your unit. Estimates for an electric bill range between $30 per month for the smaller units and $50 for the larger units. This estimate is based on actual resident’s bills. The gas bill in the month of December was $60 for a resident in a larger unit.
