No. The Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life is ultimately responsible for funding the project. The bishops have been invited by the Holy See to voluntarily contribute their financial support to help offset the expenses which will be incurred by this work for the future of apostolic religious life in the United States. 8.
