Councillor Betty Perry said that there should be a proper consultation and that Council owed it to the people who received this service. She asked the panel to uphold the call-in. The Chairman thanked everyone who was at the meeting. He informed the meeting that the Panel would withdraw to discuss issues raised and would come back with the decision. 1
