Hey Bill, Strange that you would post this here as it is clearly out of the area. However, I have a client that got into some trouble with a well know investment fraud. One of the properties was at 909 E Camelback and ended up in foreclosure. I can tell you from my research that there is a large majority of foreclosures in that complex and many of the others surrounding it. Many of the HOA’s are struggling and suing the homeowners that got into trouble and lost the property through either short sale or foreclosure. As to your question, at the current price they are a great buy, you just need to make sure the HOA is in order and that they dont have limits on non-owner occ. Other than that I think you are on the right track.
