Until I discovered the sisal body brush by H20 I thought these were fabulous. I still think that they are very good, but feel the body brush is also necessary to get the job done. These gloves are best for mild exfoliation. I use them daily with a Sicilian lemon bath gel after using the sisal body brush. My 44-year-old skin is just as smooth as it was when I was 25. I have been a consistent user of sunscreen since I was 25, and I try to eat right. But, unless I use the gloves
