You can email your questions, comments and issues to trooptesting@relayhealth.com and a member of the TrOOP Facilitator support team will respond. Please include your name, organization and phone number in the email. ^ Top • Will we have to re-Certify every year? There is currently no plan to require re-Certification every year (although new payer systems would need initial certification). However, it is possible that subsequent changes in FIR transaction standards may be of sufficient scope that a new certification program may be required (subject to CMS guidance). It is also possible that a separate Certification program may be required near the end of 2009 to ensure that prior year Response functionality is operating correctly on payer systems prior to January 2010, when that functionality will be needed.
