Are the Tax Deed files available for review?
A. One week prior to a Tax Deed Sale, the working files are available for the public to review on the homepage of our website at www.broward.org/revenue. Additionally, a limited supply of DVD’s will be available on a first come first served basis. The information contained in the working files should not be utilized as the sole source of research on the property. It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain pertinent legal, lien and title information.
