Are the Synergetics/PocketGym exercises difficult?
The exercises can be as easy or challenging as you want to make them. Since you are using your own built-in strength, energy and flexibility, you can enjoy a 12-minute PocketGym Personal Trainer workout with as much or as little force on your PocketGym as you feel like. You can do an easy workout by just doing the Weight Shift, the Power Breathing and the Fantastic Faces with very little hand resistance to the specially composed music on the video or CD. Or if you are interested in training your body for extra strength, quickness and endurance, all you have to do is push or pull harder on your PocketGym.
