Are the survey responses e-mailed back to SurvCity.com?
No. When the respondent submits the surveys, just the data (not a “picture” of the page) is sent back to our server through the Internet, but not via e-mail. Software on our server then writes the data to either a database table or a data file (depending on the type of survey). SurvCity.com then converts this data to the format of your choice or we can hand it over as is. SurvCity.com’s experience has been in the marketing and research industry and we are fully capable of catering to the specific needs of that community.
