Are the such things as Jumble Sales in Amsterdam?

There is a huge jumble sale (we call this a “rommelmarkt” or a “vlooienmarkt”) on April 30th (Queensday). Other “rommelmarkten” are organized all year round, just search “Amsterdam rommelmarkt” on Google and you’ll find many. I used to live in Amsterdam so I can give you some tips of places to go that sell second-hand retro clothes all year round: – Noordermarkt (in “de Jordaan”): second-hand clothes market on saturdays, good value for money – Waterlooplein: lots of second-hand clothes, a bit overprized because many tourists go there – Zipper: trendy second-hands clothes, very good selection, not dirt cheap though. I think they have two shops in Amsterdam, one of them is in de Jordaan. This is their website: http://www.zipperstore.nl There are more second-hand clothes shops (Laura Dolls, Lady Day) in this area of de Jordaan called “De negen straatjes” (the nine little streets) – Trekkemaan: in Amsterdam West, Bilderdijkstraat:
