No. BT Business Satellite will offer access speeds of up to 512kbps downstream (depending on the product you have chosen) and up to 128kbps upstream. The speeds quoted are maximum speeds, average speeds will be lower, particularly during busy periods – the satellite network is a shared resource so the performance will vary depending on the behaviour of others users sharing the network. These speeds are measured for FTP from the Hub Facility and do not account for Internet congestion.
