Are the source ingredients organic?
Genki Foods obtains the Certified Organic grains, seeds and legumes from GrainWorks, an organic distribution company in Southern Alberta. Their primary supplier is Farmer Direct in Saskatchewan, which represents Canadian farmers. The liquid malt, molasses, grasses and spirulina are Certified Organic. The whey protein concentrate and ground malt is conventional.
