Of course, this might be a somewhat bias opinion as they are what I personally use. I snapped a buckle on my Tech 8’s, and a buddy of mine lent me an old set of Sidi Crossfire Boots for a weekend of racing, I was amazed. They were 3 years old, yet they fitted perfectly and were very flexible. I got straight onto the web and had a look how much they were. $550 was a bit of a shock to the system at first, but then I did the maths. I buy a set of Tech 8’s every 12-15 months, picking them up for about $350 each time. Now my friends were in perfect condition after three years of use, so technically, it would be a money saver in the long run.
