Most of the widgets on the App Store are free to download. No you can’t set applications as widgets. However, you can set a link to create a message, call others function on your homescreen using a widget. Android Widgets won’t work on our Wave. If you are looking for good widgets, you should head over to http://www.mysamsungwave.com. There are some really good widgets over there and I have found lots of useful stuff on that forum.
