Are the rooms at the conference venue easily accessible to people with disabilities?
A. There are elevators to the conference level available from both the parking level and the lobby level. The rooms will be set up a variety of formations such as roundtables, row seating etc. If you require particular or specific types of access, please contact the Coast Plaza Hotel and confirm any arrangements that need to be made for you.
