The devices attached to these jacks use the Dallas 1-wire signaling protocol. The sensors are custom made to interface with the DPM, DPC, DE19B & DEPC. Each sensor has a built-in 64 bit unique address and can be run hundreds of feet. The wiring is parallel. No other brands of sensors should be used with Hoffman’s Smart PDUs & Environmental Monitors.
