Are the richer member-countries of the European Union duty-bound to help poorer member-countries financially?
The richer countries do not owe any kind of solidarity to the poorer countries. The richer countries do not owe any kind of solidarity to other countries because through Europe and all European nations there is an extreme wixde rift of hostility and hatred. Hostility and hatred is educated in most European countries to little children against other countries and so the most hated countries and people in Europe should give a real damn to poorer countries. As more as the richer countries like Germany are giving to the poorer countries, the more they are hated. The EU is is nothing but a union of hatred and hostility.
