Are the restrictions on P-Cards being loosened?
Not at this time. However, the reallocation process will be done in Banner instead of using the Visa software. Some departments have had more restrictive rules than described by University policy regarding the issuance of P-Cards. Departments will need to determine their needs in light of the new purchasing environment. Departments cannot be less restrictive than defined by University policy.
