Are the Respondents using Large Supercomputers or Networks of Workstations?

We wanted to discover whether there was any strong weighting in the responses between users with access to large, special purpose supercomputers, and those with networks of workstations. It looks from the results in the chart that users of Cray T3x, IBM SP2, HP/Convex Exemplar and Dec Alpha shared memory systems (26) are approximately balanced by those with workstation systems (25). There should therefore be no bias in the results towards either of these modes of working.
