Are the residence halls locked? Can anyone walk into a residence hall?

All key card access buildings will be locked 24 hours a day. All students will have access between 7 a.m. and midnight through the use of their ID cards. However, residents of the building/suite will be the only students to have access between midnight and 7 a.m. There is a call box outside each residence hall for guests to use to call residents and gain access.
