Are the requirements for completing online HR overview courses different from others?
The OnePurdue human resources (HR) team has determined that skill assessments will not be required for its overview courses. We will, however, want to check them off everyone’s lists because we’ll use that information in our Course Completion Report. This will help us confirm that people have completed their courses prior to go-live. Instead of skills assessments for HR overview courses, we will use the results of the “Check Your Knowledge” questions that appear throughout the courses so we can credit participants for completing them. If learners have answered any questions in an online course (confirming that they have at least visited it), we will assign credit for that course.
