Are the questions on the Synhouse FAQs page real?
No, these are not word-for-word verbatim quotations from actual e-mails. All of them are rewritten with proper spelling and punctuation and edited for clarity and legal reasons to remove the names or email addresses of actual persons or companies so no liability can be incurred for providing this information which could be helpful to other Analog Users. Only about one in ten inquiries received are relevant enough to be posted here, and only about one in twenty asks a question that isn’t already answered clearly on this website. Some people who write are so vague and daffy that it is impossible even to detect what the problem and/or question is.
