Are the PWR (Power) and OK LEDs ON?
If the PWR LED is OFF on the power supply check the source of power. Also check the rack loading (too much power drawn by modules in the rack) for Series 90-70 and Series 90-30 PLCs. The power supply load capacity calculations are shown in the Installation Manual for Series 90-70 and Series 90-30. If the PWR LED is still OFF replace Power Supply. If the OK LED is OFF or Blinking power cycle the PLC. If this does not work try clearing out the CPU’s memory. NOTE: A memory clear will result in the loss of the program in the PLC!
