Are the property prices negotiable?

Yes and no. We have urged sellers to adjust their asking price to the lowest price that they would be willing to accept for a cash offer. As long as the property is listed on our site the price will remain the same. If there is a lack of interest from buyers groups, then after a period of time we will remove the listing. If it is clear from forum posts that there is interest in the property, but not at the asking price, we may allow the seller to lower their price and re-list the property at the lowered price. Generally speaking though, if a property doesn’t garner interest rather quickly, we are more likely to drop the listing and try to add a property that is of greater interest to our buyer community.
