Yes. Employees of the USPS, TVA, and other agencies not covered by 5 U.S.C. § 7121(d) may file an EEO complaint pursuant to 29 C.F.R. Part 1614 and also a grievance pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement involving the same matter. The EEO complaint will be processed in accordance with the EEOCs Regulations. The time limits for processing the complaint and for appeal to the Commission may be held in abeyance during the processing of the grievance if the agency provides written notification to the complainant.6 The processing of an EEO complaint may be held in abeyance until a final decision is issued on the grievance. 10.
