Are the power cables separated from the copper data cables?

Yes. Power runs are via redundant A & B overhead AC bus ways with dual taps for every two cabinets/racks (giving each cabinet/rack an A and B power feed) while copper data cabling is run overhead on a different plane via cable trays.
