No. Version 4030 POM requirements and deadlines only apply to the JCPenney Retail Division business. Catalog, Catalog Factory Ship, Non-Resale Purchasing, Ticketing and Custom Decorating suppliers are not required to implement the POM process. However, later in 2002 EDI Version 4030 will be implemented for the non-Retail businesses. But it will not be associated with POM.
