Are The People Who Are Stranded On Holiday Doing Everything They Can To Return Home?
I have a good customer who was vacationing in France when all this went down. She told me that they were delayed a week because of the ash. She didn’t mind one bit, BUT she and her husband are doctors who work in an office with a group, so a) they had plenty of cashola on hand for extra expenses, and b) had other doctors in the practice to cover for them. There will always be people who will take advantage of the situation and try and get as much extra as they possibly can, but then there are generally those who are left stranded.
