HHPCR adds insurance to all shipments going out to recipients of the FREE PC program. If your merchandise is damaged during the shipping process HHPCR will require the recipient to return the damaged computer to us. Recipient will need to cover the ship back fee and will be refunded once HHPCR has received reimbursement from the shipping company. ** We are very careful when packaging merchandise to minimize the risk of issues with shipping.
