They are both. We will follow a strict schedule for completion of certain milestones by a certain agreed time. Your payments will be required to be released on completion of certain activities – but we will ensure that these activities are completed in a given time frame – the entire product to be completed in 20 Months from date of signing of Sales Agreement.
