Are the OU’s engineering degrees accredited by anyone?

The BEng(Hons)/MEng degrees are currently being considered for accreditation for CEng by a number of the ECUK licensed institutions. For the latest situation please see the Engineering News page. Up to now, Open University degrees at an appropriate level with a significant engineering content have been accepted by various engineering institutions as meeting the educational requirements for IEng and most of those for CEng. Graduates apply for professional recognition as individuals to an institution.
