Are the new GSU engineering programs accredited?
According to the accreditation policies defined by the national Accrediting Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), GSU engineering programs will be able to apply for accreditation after they produce their first graduate. Thus, once a student graduates from one of our engineering programs, then we will be able to apply for accreditation for that program. For more information about accreditation, please visit the ABET website abet.org.
