Yes. Both new basic Memory Stick PRO and Memory Stick PRO (High speed) media can be used with current Memory Stick PRO-compatible devices. However, high-speed function requires the use of compatible devices with high-speed parallel data transfer interfaces. Note: Proper operation of Memory Stick media with all devices is not guaranteed.
