Are the modifiers a percent of the base reimbursement for each service?
OMH anticipates that the add-on for languages other than English (LOE) will be a percentage of the payment for the specific service for which it applies. The after-hours add-on will be a fixed dollar amount for each peer group. When activated, off-site services will be billed using a different rate code.
