No. The full amount of the Customer payment is deposited into the Merchant Account. Merchant fees are paid directly to Payments.com.au by the Merchant through the Merchants Transaction Float. If there are insufficient funds in the Merchant Transaction Float – Customers cannot pay your invoices at Payments.com.au.
