Are the Mentor Manuals or Student Workbooks optional?
No. Both the Mentor Manual and the Student Workbook are an essential part of the Unleashing Your Voice! program and teach additional principles that aren’t even touched upon during the seminar. As it stands the program wouldn’t be whole without the Mentor Manual and the Student Workbook. Both ensure that seminar continues longer than just two days: The Mentor Manual contains tools and support materials that assist in creating a speech class or strengthening an existing class (while also strengthening mentors); and the Student Workbook contains exercises and principles that can be done and revisited and can thereby continue improving transformational skills and capabilities for years to come.
