Are the meetings open to members of the Chadwick Community?
Board meetings are closed to individuals other than the trustees and the head of school. The business manager, division directors and other staff and faculty members are asked to attend as necessary. Confidentiality of Board meetings is an important policy of the Board. Trustees sign a statement of confidentiality and a conflict-of-interest statement at the beginning of each year.
