Are the Mediation Agreements binding?
Yes, if both parties sign an agreement, they are binding. If the parties are referred by the court, then the court will be provided a copy of the agreement. If the parties are referred by a referring agency, the parties can decide whether that agency will receive a copy of the agreement. Each party will be provided a copy of the settlement agreement.
